Murphy, Lynne F. and Stav, Wendy B. (2018) "The Impact of Online Video Cases on Clinical Reasoning in Occupational Therapy Education: A Quantitative Analysis"
The video cases produced a statistically significant improvement in inductive reasoning, a "necessary underpinning of clinical reasoning."
"The videos allow for a richer and more authentic experience to prepare students for the inductive components of clinical reasoning, which is a core, albeit complex competency of an occupational therapy practitioner."
