Certificates of Completion

When will I receive my certificate for CEU credit?
Therapists attending on-site Workshops receive their Certificate of Completion at the end of the workshop. Therapists completing Home Study courses receive Certificates of Completion after all of the required forms (tests and assignments) have arrived at the ICE office. Certificates of Completion are usually mailed to course participants within 2 business days.

I lost my certificate. Can I get a replacement?
Yes, it is possible to get a replacement certificate. Every course participant is in our database and a copy of the original Certificate of Completion can be made for a small administrative fee of $10.

Can you email me my certificate?
Certificates of Completion are mailed to Home Study course participants. If it is urgent, we can fax you the certificate.

I need my certificate to be dated by the end of this month, should I overnight it?
In most cases, there is no need to overnight the completed course materials and required forms. For those taking Home Study courses, the date of completion printed on your Certificate is the date you give us when you send in the necessary forms.
